About City Tires
Located at 1676 Stuyvesant Ave., Union, NJ 07083, City Tires operates as a wheel and rim shop serving Union in New Jersey. Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. The most common schedule is 8 am–6 pm. It is closed on Sunday. Union is in New Jersey, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Union follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

They be pulling random prices out there ass. I’ve been coming here for the past 5 years and it’s always some bs with them. 75$ for a used tire when it was always $60 and I asked why they said because it’s a better quality and more threading. It’s the same shit. So basically you’re telling me I paid for the low quality last time. Make it make sense. Next time if I come in and they gonna up the price I’m going to show them this review!!! P.S for a new tire they said $140

I had a frustrating experience with City Tires. I was given the runaround when it came to pricing, as a customer, I expect transparent pricing and straightforward communication, but that wasn’t my experience here. I ended up feeling like my time was wasted. I hope they improve their customer service and provide consistent, honest pricing to future customers.

Let just say I have a big lawsuit coming the owner way. This criminal of a boy child owner took my valves off my tires and trashed them, and proceeded to damaging my car over a Damm tire 🛞 price. His wife on Facebook Marketplace told me $62 per tire plus $60 to put all 4 tires on. Got at the counter and a $310 bill went up to almost $400. When I tried asking the owner why the increase, he proceeded to cussing me out like I was his kids. He then went on calling me a criminal when I’ve never been convicted of a crime before. FYI: I am a black 33 years old man. As seem in the phone, that’s the police case information, photo of my Tesla tires valves that he damaged, and text between me and his wife… I’ll be filing a lawsuit against this establishment and the owner for personally damaging my property. I have both videos and images of him behaving like a kid and damaging my property. See you in court.

I was looking for new tires and, not only did they offer me an amazing deal, but their customer service was incredible. The team was super friendly, took the time to explain all my options, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. They also worked quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. If you're in the market for new tires or need any tire-related service, I highly recommend checking them out
